If you're in Italy, you're likely making pilgrimages to some of the most famous markets and food meccas in the world. But when you're ready to relax, let a private chef to bring Italy to you.

Mark Medina-Rios has cooked all over the world in Michelin starred restaurants, private clubs, and luxury homes. Since moving to Italy, he's become known all over the country for bringing exceptional meals to the comfort of people's homes.

Whether it's your primary residence or a holiday rental, we'll help you plan a special menu with local favorites and signature dishes for you and your guests. Let us know where you are and when you're hungry, and we'll do the rest.

How far do you travel for private dining?

We go as far as our feet (or any combination of transport modes) will take us. We travel all over the world to create authentic and unique culinary experiences for guests, and we have a network of colleagues and collaborators that allows us to hit the ground running, wherever we are.

What is the minimum and maximum number of guests for private dining?

Whatever the size of your table, we’re happy to fill it. Plus, we’re old hands at marriage proposals so if it's dinner for two, we’ve got you covered!

Do you cater to allergies or intolerances?

Absolutely and we are diligent in doing so. Italian food is so wonderfully diverse and creative that we can tailor menus to accommodate any allergy, intolerance or preference, and we’re happy to do so. No one should feel left out of the feast, and we make it our mission to make sure everyone is served. That said, if you have a severe allergy or intolerance, please make it clear to us so that we can evaluate our ability to create your menu responsibly and safely. Your health and safety is always our priority, and we will do our utmost to make sure that you’re eating well, in every sense.

Are children welcome?

Absolutely! We’re happy to accommodate all ages, and if you’d like us to prepare something special for them, all you have to do is ask. We can also prepare half portions of dishes, and if they need to eat at a different time or place, we can accommodate just about any arrangement. It’s never too early to start training young foodies!

What are the rates for private dining?

We work with you to craft a menu based on your specific tastes, sensitivities, and expectations and consider the cost of ingredients, labour, travel, and time when calculating the per person rate for private dining. Each menu is different and so too is the cost, but clients often find that the value of having a Michelin level meal in the comfort of their home is well worth it.

How does it work?

If you’re looking for a private dining experience, send us a message and tell us a bit about yourself and what you envision. If you’re available, we’ll schedule a call or meeting with you to speak directly: this is an important step for all of us, as you need to hear from us and we love to hear from you. Once we have some details for you, we’ll send you some menu options. If you’re looking for more than one meal or more than one day, we can send you a menu plan that we’ll work on together.
